Content is everywhere, literally.
Most people think of videos, images and text as the only types of content. But everything can serve as great content– from product design, events and experiences, to a funny video of a dog peeing on a guy’s leg who isn’t looking (good luck scripting that video).
Consumers will engage with anything they feel aligns with their hopes, dreams and fears. If they want to be funny, they will watch and share funny videos, stories and GIFs. If they want to seem educated, they will attend conferences and share intellectual articles. Really though, everything is fair game if it makes a connection with the person who experiences it.
