Jaxon Jovie had numbers 1 & 3 on lock down, but they were struggling with a way to convey that customer experience through their website. Good Monster needed to create a way to give Jaxon Jovie’s audience the same customer care that they do in person.
We worked to come up with a unique yet clean design that aligned with the Jaxon Jovie brand. Then we harnessed Shopify and the most powerful applications to create a seamless, positive customer experience including affiliate opportunities, rewards, positive review acquisition and non-customer lead generation.
We still weren’t satisfied though, so we custom built a “Fit Finder” that would allow new customers, who have not yet slipped on a pair of Jaxon Jovie’s to see which style and size would be best for them.
The result was $40,000 through their website in the first year.
