THE PROJECT
Node40 wanted an increase in engaged users to the site, as well as an increase in views of a new video showcasing their digital currency cost-basis and accounting platform, which is located on the home page of their website.
Through detailed heat mapping, user behavior analysis and user experience design upgrades, our UX team was able to increase homepage CTA button clicks by 53% in one month from mobile users.
We also increased the average session duration on the site by 58.36% in three months. These increases in CTA button clicks, coupled with a lower bounce rate, highlights a more engaged audience using the site.
OUR STRATEGY
- Detailed website heat mapping for analysis of user behavior on both desktop and mobile devices.
- Design upgrades to the site, based on user behavior data from our heatmaps and scroll maps.
- Upgrades and improvements of minor site details such as CTA button placement and banner image sizing.
- Mobile user experience design upgrades, including ensuring important CTA buttons are above the fold.
